Rental Fees

Rental charges depend on the term of your contract. Please contact us to check current vacancies and rental rates.

1 week – 1 month	19,800yen/night If you wish to add beds for stays of less than 1 month, an additional fee (11,000 JPY/bed) will be charged.
1 – 2 months lease	240,000yen/month
3 – 5 months lease	200,000yen/month
6 – 11 months lease	170,000yen/month
Over 12 months lease	150,000yen/month
